Down Home Maine: "Take a Hike: From Wildflower Walks to Kilimanjaro"
Lynne Zimmerman has spent time trekking in the mountains of India, summitted Mount Kilimanjaro, and hiked in Patagonia--all since her 70th birthday.  She'll talk about some of her biggest adventures, and share ways for the less adventurous to get outdoors and stay physically active. Free and open to the public.

National Trails Day Hike

All ages short hike to the Cataracts and Flume in Andover.Part of the Mahoosuc Land Trust's year-long focus on Iconic Places in and around our area. Meet at Akers Ski in Andover to carpool to the trailhead. Wear sturdy shoes; bring water and your picnic lunch. FMI: http://www.mahoosuc.org

The History of Mining and Minerals in Greenwood, Maine
